How do you effectively present Someone Elses Material?

I recently had feedback on our Guy Kawasaki entry on the 10-20-30 rule that outlines some rules of presentation. Paul disagreed and directed me to his blog http://visionadvancement.wordpress.com/ where he had some interesting information, including this podcast on presenting someone elses material... Paul also recommended another article we have on our blog from Garr Reynolds
