What People Say About the CLF Leadership Programmes

The forum allowed openness and growth when dealing with creativity and innovation in the business world while considering the environment and social impacts. We all need to consider the life cycle of THEenvironment and social aspects and value everyone's contribution to creativity in the workplace.

Group Managing Director, Synovate

This forum has been one of the most exciting and relevant programs that I have participated in. It has personal, professional and organizational applications that could positively change, improve and assist all those who participate in it..

Inspiring, Connecting, Passion, Evoking. This program is a must for anyone who is involved in Leadership Development and wants to take themselves and others to the next level of creativity and effectiveness.

I am always sceptical about attendance at workshops, especially those with nebulous titles. I attended this because I realised the need to innovate in my organization. The sessions far surpassed my expectations and have changed my perceptions forever.

Manager, Southbank Institute of Technology, Qld

Excellent quality presenters that walk the talk in terms of passion and commitment to an ideal. It was an honour to be part of the day.

The Artful Leader Master Class has reminded me of the importance of not just talking about creativity, but practicing it on a regular basis. I know for me, it will be in the ongoing application of these techniques that the true value is discovered.

There was a real richness to all the activities in this masterclass. My eyes answered questions, my hands created curiosity, I had a wonderful in-depth conversation with no words while the day just went too quickly. As well as having a day to work out my own creative skills, I left with a box of tools that will help me inspire creativity in many others.

Developing Your Creative Leadership Capabilities

Sometimes we feel we can not go beyond our ideas and creativity comes to a stall. Art can liberate that feeling and help us look inside ourselves, then we realize there are more ideas than we can imagine and they start to flow. This program helped me look inside myself and understand we just need to let our mind flow and with the help of art as a base for creativity we can go beyond our imagination. We are all artists in our own way. I plan to use the tools and processes [from the forum] at our organization's strategic brainstorming sessions.

Yandia Perez, Managing Director, Baxter Sales & Distribution Corp. PR, Vancouver

The Transformational Leadership Forum provided a wonderful opportunity to come together in a learning community with gifted facilitators and forum participants all of whom were committed to integrity and innovation in leadership. I can use almost all in the facilitation work that I do in Creativity; Intercultural Awareness/Competence; Decision-making/Problem-Solving

Nola Stuckert, Apostrophe Vancouver

"Thoughtful and wise facilitation, Linda paid such kind and close attention to the fine points of interaction, agenda, content and expertly guided our creativity - guided gently but with compelling insight. Tricky stuff with participant-leaders who have their own minds and need to make that shift to listen, be still and learn. Linda managed this beautifully and also, intriguingly, sought out strangely divergent content to weave into the experience.

"My scepticism and wonder lead me to marvel after each presentation. How does this topic and this lawyer have something to do with creativity and leadership? "Wow, Linda did it again" was my thought following each very stimulating presentation. She pulled together the most unlikely practices into the stream and incorporated it into a beautiful flow.

"Again, our co-facilitators will work out their dance as they move forward... determining who will lead at the most auspicious moments towards a uniquely beautiful choreographed piece."The Creative Leadership Forum was a very rewarding experience. I highly recommend it

Tatsuya Nakagawa, President and CEO Atomica Creative Group Ltd. Canada

The sessions provided an opportunity to revisit a long forgotten life defining moment.

Paul Winn, President - COO, The Great Little Water Company, Calgary

Linda Naiman and Ralph Kerle use the arts to provide an extraordinary context to see into the lenses of leadership and innovation on both a personal and organizational level. While the arts can be perceived as serving no greater function than being a source of entertainment, when individuals engage in the experiential process of their own discovery through them, they serve as a catalyst for transformative learning, as evident by this workshop.

The Creative Leadership International Thought Leaders Forum Retreat Conversations That Create

Conversations That Create is that rare programme which allows individuals to tap into their creative potentials in ways which most training sessions just don't reach: it is richly experiential and very practical.

the interface between the conscious mind and the great well of the unconscious is the frontier of functional creativity - this forum took us to that place, allowed us to play and sent us home with fresh and practical ideas and insights.

This workshop opened my heart and my mind in ways that will undoubtedly help me to create and participate in conversations that create. Exactly how, I can't yet say. What I do know is that the combination of provocative processes and ideas, enquiring and accepting minds and beautiful surrounds was a winner.

'Conversations that Create' provides a stimulating and challenging opportunity to discover what has been left out of many similar forums. For any leader who is genuinely motivated to create something anew, this is not to be missed.

what a luxury to be immersed in such different creativities, enabling the space to be able to explore other ways of thinking, and then conversating..extraordinarily invaluable. I would recommend similar programs

for anyone looking for answers, exploring their own thinking or simply requiring an invigorating break!
An outstanding and intense program that helps us confront what we mean by 'conversations' - and how as leaders we have choices in crafting cultures that nurture and invite creativity. I'd highly recommend this program as a 'must experience' for all who look to leadership that engenders energy, passion and creativity.

I stepped into an unfamiliar space and left with the feeling of being in a privileged space through the engagement with others in experiencing the potential of what is possible if you allow it just to happen.
Conversations That Create was one of the best events I have attended in many years. Ralph created a unique constellation of people, processes and spaces to explore an element of leadership that has been ignored for too long -- creative conversations. Well done for an excellent program that engaged me
at every level.... We live in a rich and resourceful world - it's our duty to use this to create better results..."

Creating Your Business Future in the Digital World

I thought that the way in which hi tech and hi touch were integrated was very powerful. Sometimes, creativity and hi tech internet tools appear to be mutually exclusive but this 'myth' was skilfully dispelled.

The way in which the essence of creativity was complemented by aspects of the future of the digital world was extremely beneficial and enjoyable.

Exposure to practical application of web2.0 and innovative ways to bring this back to our businesses
Opening up my mind and understanding all the elements of digital technology. Distortion theory. The passion and enthusiasm of all presenters

Collective and composed setup, relaxed environment. Good energy from the participants and great learning. Truckloads of knowledge transfer now need to sit back and analyse on the possible outcomes.

Web 2.0 overview, first time I've heard it spoken about in practical terms rather than some oogy boogy thing that may kill your parents. Pleasantly demystifying - I also really like Distortion theory and using creativity in business

The interface between the conscious mind and the great well of the unconscious is the frontier of functional creativity - this forum took us to that place, allowed us to play and sent us home with fresh and practical ideas and insights.

I would recommend similar programs for anyone looking for answers, exploring their own thinking or simply requiring an envigorating break!

Exploring totally new ways for creativity has given me a whole new perspective on how businesses could improve their performance. It's all about challenging the current, well accepted methods. We live in a rich and resourceful world - it's our duty to use this to create better results.
