Malcolm Gladwell on Capitalization

Malcolm Gladwell's very thoughtful presentation about capitalization, in this context capitalization means how you capitalize on your abilities and skills and make the most of what you have. This is also quite amusing because it is Gladwell's first PowerPoint presentation and he makes quite a joke of it. And yet, it spells out why PowerPoint is such an important visual medium.
