A Model for Creativity and Leadership

Here is a slideshare presentation recently uploaded to Slideshare by Dr Gerard Puccio of the International Center for Creative Studies at Buffalo State, State University of New York. I don't necessarily agree with his statements about the difference between leadership and management. However, it is a good short presentation on how we might think about creative leadership as a concept.

Thanks for posting this! It is amazing how much good info you fit into a slide show. The diagrams helped quickly bring the ideas to life for me. Some of the diagrams reminded me of the "U Theory" (http://www.presence.net/) that Senge, Scharmer, Jaworski, and Flowers have developed. I'm doing some independent study about spirituality and institutions, and I found your blog to be a useful resource. Thank you.
